  16. The Reemul  Algorithm is  an efficient  version of  CBR Algorithm.  It allows to
  17. calculate  the  bitrate depeding  on  final AVI/MPG  resolution,  on brightness,
  18. movement speed and DVD format screen (1:1, 4:3, 16:9).
